TRI-FIT is 1 Class 3 Workout.
Section 1 - Aerobics - fun basic moves to up lifting music to get the body warm and moving.
Section 2 - Combat - Fun empowering cardio workout working both the upper body and lower body which is influenced by martial arts. Great for stress and getting that heart rate going.
Section 3 - Tone - 5 or so minutes of lover body toning. Creating power and strength.

30 Minute total body workout for the whole body. Using free weights or tins to shape up those arms, chest, back, ab, thighs and bum. Feel strong helping to improve body posture, loose body fat and build muscel to improve health.
